We accept no questions asked returns within 15 days of receiving your product if the product has not been opened. You will have to contact us from our website and we’ll send you a Fed Ex label for that return and we will refund you less the exact cost of the shipping back to us. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping costs. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase only if the product is damaged in shipping or defective. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or an exchange. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we can only offer our 3 year warranty from the date of purchase for defective product. Please note that If the product was damaged In shipping, we will have to file a claim with Fed Ex so you’ll have to sign a legal document stating the product was damaged in shipping in order us to get a refund and for you to get your refund.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price (less the exact cost of shipping) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. After we approve the return, we will issue a return label. We will send Fed Ex to pick up the item from you.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you the replacement product.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must will be prepaid by us and insured by us. We will deduct that cost from your refund and if you are doing an exchange for shipping damage or defective item, there is no cost to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
