How long until it ships out?
Most of our grow lights ship within 48 hrs except on the weekends we don't ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you have questions concerning time frames, feel free to email us.
What is Return Policy?
Generally have a 15 day no questions asked return policy if you don't want the light. Within that time frame there are no restocking fees. After that there will be a 25% restocking fee. However, If the light is defective, we will issue an RMA and Return Label for that, then once Fed X shows it is shipping we'll resend the new light.
